By accessing or using PostRise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken through it.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Google Auth.
• PostRise reserves the right to suspend accounts for any violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostRise for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including:

• Sending spam, unauthorized advertisements, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonating another person or entity without permission.
• Generating harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content via our AI tools.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the platform’s infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available upon payment of subscription fees. Payments are processed via Paystack. Subscription renewals and cancellations are governed by their respective billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

PostRise and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. While you own the rights to the *content* you publish, you are granted a non-exclusive license for us to process it to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
