• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including logs of scheduled and published posts.
• Audio & Media: Any audio files you upload for use in TikTok videos are stored securely on Cloudinary.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide and improve our services, including:

• Generating AI-driven content tailored to your industry and tone.
• Automating the publishing of posts to your connected social channels.
• Managing your premium subscription and transaction history.
• Communicating essential service updates and support.

4. Third-Party Services

PostRise integrates with several third-party providers:

• Google/LinkedIn/Meta/TikTok: For authentication and publishing.
• Groq & Cloudinary: For content generation and media processing.
• Paystack: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your social media tokens, scheduled posts, and uploaded audio files will be permanently removed from our database.
